Deborah Surek
Co-Founder
Deborah is a dynamic professional with 25 years of experience in the media, advertising, marketing, and fintech industries. Her career has focused on fostering talent and navigating the complexities of culturally diverse and highly regulated global environments.
Having relocated from Brazil to the United Kingdom, where she lived for 14 years, and later to Portugal (since 2020), Deborah brings valuable experience in navigating international transitions.
Driven by a deep understanding of client service and people management, and fluent in both Portuguese and English, she expertly guides foreign clients through the relocation process. This expertise empowers her clients to overcome challenges and successfully establish themselves in their new homes.
Sandrina Dutra
Co-Founder
Sandrina combines 20 years of experience in legal, commercial, and real estate sectors, shaped by a multicultural background. A daughter of Portuguese emigrants in Switzerland and a former expat in Algeria, she understands expatriates’ needs and navigates Portuguese culture with ease.
Since 2020, Sandrina has excelled as a Real Estate investor and consultant in Portugal, leveraging her legal expertise and passion for housing to assist foreign clients.
As a Portuguese, French, Spanish, and English speaker, she leverages her multilingual abilities to build strong connections with clients. Her skills enable her to offer personalised support, ensuring a seamless transition to their new location.
